The Architectural Review Committee & CHAP
(Commission for Historic & Architectural Preservation)
Bolton Hill is a designated Historic area and as such, comes under the City's Historic and Architectural Preservation regulations. Property owners must have approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Commission on Historic and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) for any exterior modifications, including painting, landscaping or more substantial improvements.
